This course specifically looks at stress, it’s causes and looks at ways of how we can navigate ourselves through our own stressful times as well as support others how are being impacted by high levels of stress.

This course also explains why our behaviour changes in times of stress (often not for the better) and arms us with ways of identifying stress and their stressors early so that appropriate solutions can be put in place quickly.

Stress in small doses is good for us but the easiest way for us to deal with continued excessive levels of stress is to ensure those stress levels never get a change to become excessive.
