This consulting service is bespoke and is designed to get to the bottom of any non performer and provides solutions to help them become the performers they used to be. This services helps to support a leader in the efforts to turn around a non performing individual or team.
This longitudinal public programme has been designed to pull leaders from different organisations together to learn a combination of "Safe" and "Self" leadership to ensure that every leader gets the most from the teams around them. This programme is limited to 16 leaders each year.
The workshops are a great way to introduce "Safe Leadership" to your leadership team. These half or full day workshops can be delivered stand alone or as part of a bigger conference and is designed so that the attendees have leadership assignments to take away and start working improving themselves.
